One of my favorite things to do Saturday mornings is walk over to my computer (still in my PJs, of course!) with a bowl of cereal and catch up on recent posts from bloggers I follow. Today I’m sharing my favorites.
I discovered Gussy Sews last year and just can’t get enough of her bags and zippered pouches. They are adorable! And now that Maggie herself is a new mom, I love following her story even more. She’s a great example of what it takes to run a home-made biz and being a mommy. Oh, and she’s really sweet too! 🙂
This blog is a more recent find for me. I enjoy Ashley’s style and especially her words. Her most recent post speaks to something most bloggers go through, I think. Effortlessly simple and well written too.
This entire blog is pure eye candy for me. I have found lots of inspiration in Shelley’s DIY projects. Her home is bright, colorful and stunning!
I Heart Organizing is another blog I have followed for a long time. Sometimes when my own house is a disaster, I can easily escape my messes by checking in to see what closet or room Jen is making more organized and pretty.
Chances are you’ve heard of this duo. Their posts are filled with DIY projects and their adventures in home ownership. Bonus points for making me LOL every once in a while.
Sure I’m biased (Shelly is a newborn photographer and a really good friend of mine), but she is so talented and that’s what makes her blog shine. Her pictures melt my heart and make me so excited for my very own session this fall. 🙂
I met Sarah, the co-founder of the Des Moines Moms Blog, last summer during a Market Day event and have stayed in touch with her ever since. This great blog features a lot of local businesses and events focusing on moms and their families. I have also had the chance to do a few IF Only Pretty giveaways and the reader comments and feedback are always so nice. I feel so lucky (and excited!) to be part of the Des Moines Moms Blog team, as I will be contributing posts throughout my pregnancy. My first post went live today!! Yay!
I have watched Emily’s YouTube videos for years and now her blog is a great extension showcasing her love for all things makeup and beauty. She’s fun to watch, has a lot of great information to share and her tutorials are thorough and easy to follow.
So there you have it. Just a sneak peek into what’s bookmarked on my internet browser and the blogs that show up on the Bloglovin App on my phone.
Till next time!
